This is verbatim of the hard copy of the warranty you will receive.

~Five Year Limited Warranty~

THIS WARRANTY INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
Blistering, Peeling, Cracking and Fading caused by a defect in the product or workmanship will be covered under warranty under the terms of the warranty.
If the surface blisters, peels, cracks, or fades, Edmond Bathtub Refinishing must be notified of such defect immediately. Please retain warranty to facilitate warranty repairs. Edmond Bathtub Refinishing will inspect the problem area and determine whether the resulting damage was caused by a defect in the product or workmanship. If Buyer notifies Edmond Bathtub Refinishing within the warranty period of any aforesaid defects in the materials and Buyer shows the materials were used and maintained in accordance with Edmond Bathtub Refinishing  recommendations and standard industry practice, Edmond Bathtub Refinishing will cure defects by suitable repair at its own expense.  Warranty work exceeding 25 miles from Oklahoma City, OK will include a $1.16 per mile trip charge.
WARRANTY EXCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
Excluding (but not limited to): chipping, scratches, stains, or knife marks due to misuse or abuse of surface, discoloration due to bleaches, dyes or acids, and/or problems caused by leaky plumbing or rust damage. Sharp or heavy objects may cause damage to the surface. The use of harsh agents such as Comet, Ajax, or bleach may discolor or damage the surface. Plumbing leaks onto the refinished surface will eventually cause damage. Any damage to the surface resulting from improper cleaning and/or leaky plumbing is expressly excluded under this warranty.
OTHER WARRANTIES EXCLUDED AND NO OTHER WARRANTIES MADE
Seller’s employees’ oral statement does not constitute warranties, shall not be relied upon by Buyer, and are not part of this agreement. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description stated here. Cure of the defects, in the manner and for the period of time provided above, shall constitute the Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy with respect to the product. Warranty is for the original Owner/Buyer and is non-transferable.

• Edmond Bathtub Refinishing does not warranty rust repairs.
• Caulking is warranted for 1 year from the time work is done.

Edmond Bathtub Refinishing is not responsible for:

Damage caused by objects placed on the refinished surface such as: suction-cup bathmats, pillows, soap dishes or any similar products used on the tub.

Damage caused by the use of any product not specifically designed for acrylic surfaces which may include: Comet, Ajax, Kaboom or ANY other abrasive cleaners, acids, toilet bowl cleaners, etc.

Damage caused by the use of abrasives such as: comet, scrubbing sponges, steel wool, sandpaper or any other gritty objects or cleaners.

Damage caused by the bathtub being touched or exposed to water within 24 hours following the completion of the refinishing process.

Damage caused by the use of tools, ladders or other heavy objects in the tub, dropped on the tub, or knocked against it.

Edmond Bathtub Refinishing  is not responsible for dust particles that may fall into the tub while the new finish is drying. Most particles caught in the drying topcoat will be removed naturally in the process of normal cleaning. ‘Picking’ at spots will not be covered.

Edmond Bathtub Refinishing  is not responsible for any damage caused by the removal of taped and papered fixtures by the property owner. Patience and caution is advised when removing any tape or paper following the elapse of the full 24 hours as recommended.
